Datasets

Datasets provide the capability to process data row by row, ideal for scaled analyitcal, transformation and categorisation use cases.

1. Accessing Datasets

To access Datasets, click the module in Knowledge

2. Create a new Dataset

Create a new Dataset by clicking "Create Dataset"

3. Configuring your Dataset

a) Select a previously uploaded document(s) as a dataset

b) Select chunk size. This is what the documents will be segregated into for row by row processing

c) Optional: Choose an index to refresh. You may have a requirement for an Agent to use this dataset as part of retrieval. If the index should automatically update select the index here

d) Set a name for the child datasets. When a dataset is actioned by an Agent, the new version of the dataset will become a child of its parent. This prefixes the name.

e) Click create datasaet

f) From here you can choose to Download the Dataset, view it, or use it in an Agent
