How To Give Agent Feedback

This guide is for domain experts who are testing the Agent and covers how to give Agent Feedback during the testing phase of a project.

  1. You will be given a URL to access the test version of the Agent. This Agent may be protected via a password or via Microsoft single sign-on.

  1. You should ask queries that relate to the Agent's purpose. This will be different for every Agent. Examples are:

    1. If it's an Agent to respond to HR queries, ask it HR related questions.

    2. If it's an Agent to research a company, put in a company name.

    3. If it's an Agent to draft responses to legal queries, put in legal queries.

    4. If it's an Agent to help use a new IT system, put in queries about how to do things in the IT system.

Generally, try and use "live" examples.

  1. Once you have asked a question, click the “Thumbs up” or “Thumbs down” button to open up the feedback panel.

  1. Type your feedback into the text box that appears. We recommend including:

    1. Name

    2. Feedback Useful feedback is detailed and talks through exactly what was good or bad and what could be improved. Examples of strong feedback:

      • Bob Peterson | The answer is wrong, our HR policy says that it's 28 days of annual leave.

      • Susan Robertson | I really like this output. I just wish it was more concise; like spark notes version rather than an essay, I want to be able to read it in 2 minutes. Maybe just note forms of everything would be more useful?

      Examples of weak feedback:

      • Not very good

      • Too long

  1. Then click "Submit"
